Innovation Renaissance

Change an entire organization’s innovation DNA. And do it by having people not just learning the tools of innovation, but also by actually innovating. In this interactive and highly energizing workshop, employees at all levels of an organization will learn how to develop groundbreaking ideas and how to make those ideas happen.

Our trained Medici facilitators can deliver the exciting and highly immersive workshop or we can train your trainers for an organization-wide rollout. The dynamic structure of the Innovation Renaissance can be delivered in a continuous one-day course or broken up into separate 2 hr modules. By the end of the session, participants will feel inspired and confident that they can innovate and transform their work and company.

Education: The New Enlightenment

Co-developed with Singapore-based High Achievers, a learning company that creates both outdoor and indoor learning platforms for young people and educators, The New Enlightenment is a transforming innovation experience customized for 3 different age groups: junior high-school, high school and college students. In this engaging and interactive program, students will learn the value and importance of global innovation and develop innovative solutions to issues in their schools and communities. It is designed to be rolled out with teachers or facilitators in specific classes or entire school districts. Coming in Fall 2009.

Diversity Drives Innovation

Frans Johansson, along with Michael Wheeler, one of the foremost leaders on diversity, has developed the unprecedented workshop, Diversity Drives Innovation. Architects for a New Renaissance is the Medici Trainer Certification Program. This is for people passionate about bringing change to organizations and making the world into a more connected place. You love new ideas. You appreciate and seek out differences between people everywhere. If you enjoyed the book or Frans’ presentation and are seeing intersections everywhere - become an Architect for a New Renaissance!

The program will provide intensive instruction on the principles of innovation, as well as how to educate others on those principles.
